Duck Derby

Our major fund-raiser is our annual “Duck Derby”.  Tickets are sold which each link to a plastic duck.  On the big day, the ducks “race” across an open stretch of water at Hillarys Boat Harbour (helped by the prevailing wind).  The person who holds the ticket for the winning duck wins a car – this year a Toyota Yaris Ascent.  There are also great prizes for the 2^nd and 3^rd ducks.  This year’s race is on Sunday 29^th March.
