Good friends David Castillo and Marian Magee have recently done some de-cluttering, including disposing of several boxes of DVD movies and TV shows.  After discussion, some of these will be available as items at the Auction Dinner, and the remainder have been donated to St Bart's, who were very happy to receive them.

 

 

 

You will remember David Castillo – he gave a very interesting and entertaining presentation about ‘Major Earthquakes and their Causes’ at our meeting on 5 November last year.  He particularly focused on the devastating earthquake and tsunami that caused such damage to the Fukushima area (and the nuclear reactor) in Japan in 2011.
