Last week's meeting included a very interesting talk about Perth City Farm by visiting guest speaker Kathleen Burton, much enjoyed by all. City Farm is located at 1 City Farm Place East Perth, behind St. Bart's in Lime Street, well worth a visit for ideas on growing your own food, purchasing freshly grown vegetables and a raft of other interesting ideas.

Let's get behind Keiren on this fundraiser which will support 5 very worthy charities. Some great auction items up for grabs including a day-sail on Don and Jim's good ship Cracklin' Rosie for 4 people including lunch and wine (R&W) to Garden Island, a very beautiful spot for lunch!
The Rotary Auction dinners are always loads of fun with excellent food, wine and laughs.

Announcing a new box trailer for Heirisson Rotary!!
Hopefully, next Friday, Jim will take delivery of our new box trailer. This trailer will hold all the "Eye Contact" portraits which will make delivering the portrait exhibition to various schools, Govt and business premises, vastly more efficient and safe. PLUS some members have generously donated funds to help with the overall cost of this unit BUT please don't feel left out!!! Be assured, any help our members can offer towards the cost is greatly
appreciated. We've looking for around $1,000 so please direct donations large or small to the club account with 'Trailer' in the subject line.
